Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Airfreight Operations professional to join our team. As an Airfreight Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and managing linehaul shipments, ensuring seamless execution in accordance with SOPs and KPIs.

You will coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Additionally, you will support the Product Manager in developing new products, strategies, and implementation plans. Your role will also involve overseeing procurement activities and maintaining strong vendor relationships, including airlines and logistics partners.

You will work closely with the Sales Team to develop customized solutions for business opportunities and liaise with airlines to coordinate shipment details. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Operations Team to meet customer requirements effectively.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, planning, and problem-solving abilities. You must have a solid understanding of sales and operations, with frontline experience being a plus. Experience working with international teams is preferred, and willingness to work weekends and travel overseas when required.
