Job Overview

This role is focused on managing airfreight logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customs import and outward permits, preparing export documentations, and interfacing with various parties to obtain shipment requirements and information.
  • Key responsibilities also include checking overseas quotations, providing customer service, handling pre-alert documents from oversea counterparts, arranging air shipments for import clearance and delivery, coordinating shipment arrangements with suppliers/vendors of airfreight operations, and executing cross-trade business with other countries.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years working experience in freight and logistics sales/operations/customer service, as well as good understanding of Incoterms 2010 and possession of a Certificate in Tradenet.

Knowledge of permit declaration is also essential.

Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate are highly valued traits for this position.
