As a Leadership and Talent Development Consultant, you will drive some of our global projects and contribute to others to support continuous leadership and talent development in TÜV SÜD. Our Team’s mission is to create global talent solutions that put people in the center and contributes to the strategic business priorities of the company. Talent solutions for us cover areas of employer branding, talent acquisition, learning and development. We co-create our projects with people and leaders in our businesses globally.

Responsibility and Authority
- Leading and/or being part of medium/ large sized global project teams, including business leaders, HR leaders and experts, experts from other functions
- Designing flexible and sustainable Talent solutions with the use of past expertise and experience that puts people in the center and meets business needs.
- Utilizing functional knowledge and understanding of the market trends to create lean and effective leadership and talent development solutions for complex business situations
- Ideating and co-creating with different stakeholders to make sure that we follow through our Talent strategy and our talent solutions are addressing the business needs and put people in the center
- Contribute actively to our journey of leveraging digital solutions in HR for all talent areas
- Structuring, planning and implementing talent projects/ initiatives - from ideation to sustain
- Using agile methods to deliver value quickly
- Communicate actively, frequently, and effectively to different stakeholders our progress in driving talent agenda

Education and Experience
- 1. Experience of working in different areas of HR internationally and especially in the area of Leadership and Talent Management

2. Passionate about talent growth and flexible to contribute to different projects

3. Project management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies

4. Effective analytical capabilities and ability to translate business needs into systemic and practical solutions

5. Able to communicate with confidence and act on eye level with all levels of hierarchy

6. Customer-focused and experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and keeping an open mind

7. Courageous to challenge the status quo and able to persuade others

8. Passionate about discovering people growth needs and enabling their development

9. Fluent in English, German and other languages are plus
