We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Executive Recruiting team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and engaging leadership talent to support our business objectives.

The primary focus of this position will be on developing search strategies and delivering research for executive searches across various product areas. You will work closely with Executive Recruiters to provide domain and market insights and trends. Additionally, you will source candidates internally and externally and build relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own search strategies and deliver research for executive searches.
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters to provide domain and market insights and trends.
  • Source candidates internally and externally and build relationships with them.
  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment.
  • Experience in candidate engagement and assessment.
  • Ability to own and drive search strategy with market insights and set goals and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to manage search processes including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
