What are we looking for?
In response to our growth we are looking for motivated recruitment professionals with backgrounds in Executive Search, Recruitment or Market Research/Intelligence. We are looking for enthusiastic, curious, and committed individuals, who will enjoy the opportunity to gain increased exposure to the client and develop deeper, more strategic relationships. The role requires significant time spent talking with talent, and as such an engaging telephone manner is a must. Our current need is for individuals with more than 2 years of recruitment experience, who are ready to step-up into a more strategic senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge of your client’s business and market place, understanding any major trends and developments and how these may affect their needs.
- Manage key client stakeholder relationships to ensure client relationships are deep, ongoing, and consultative in nature
- Identification and mapping of key individuals and functions within the target companies.
- Holding high-level career related discussions with the identified executives, benchmarking them against key client roles.
- Developing long term relationships with executives identified as “top talent”.
- Reporting intelligence back to the client in the form of detailed written reports, and verbally at client meetings.
- Performs Account Reviews to anticipate potential issues, ensure deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded
- Provide substantial support to the Account Director the account management of the client through attendance of briefing, meetings / presentations and preparation of reports.
Key skills & experience required:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of Recruiting, Executive Search, Sourcing, or Talent Consulting experience is required.
- Tenacious with a strong traditional phone and internet-based research skills to obtain up to date industry intelligence.
- Confident and have the ability to hold strategic conversations with senior leaders/decision makers, influence their thinking and gather relevant market intelligence.
- Be self-assured with an outgoing personality.
- Sharp, with excellent judgment, problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
