**Responsibilities**
- Provide customer service to internal/external customers for personal insurance products, e.g. Motor, Personal Accident, Health, Home Content, Domestic Helper, Travel, etc.
- Assist customers to arrange insurance cover
- Monitor calls for quality control and service recovery
- Perform Customer Retention
- Support policy processing, endorsement and cancellation
- Prepare reports
- Support administrative duties and any other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimally Diploma in any discipline
- Minimally 1 year of relevant experience
- Possess CGI and HI certifications
- Possess Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
