As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for customer project management.
- Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team.
- Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Working together with people from the business unit.
- Gearing towards specifying activities/Contacts are under guidance
- Planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
- Have at least 4 years of experience in Project Management
- Have ability and able to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
