Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate shipment incidents, providing comprehensive tracing services to resolve issues with undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost or damaged shipments.
  • Handle trace enquiries in accordance with service standards and processes.
  • Provide best-in-class customer support by meeting each customer's unique needs while adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Offer assistance to the contact center during peak periods, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries on product information, customs requirements, etc.

This position requires strong customer service skills, encompassing issue resolution, customer delivery, operations management, and desk responsibilities.
