We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily detailing operations, including the delivery of open rental vehicles, replacement vehicles, and close rental vehicles with utmost professionalism. They will also carry out simple on-site repairs if required, such as replacing tires and changing wipers.
Additionally, they will carry out ad-hoc detailing when assigned and participate in job training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Class 3 or 3A license (mandatory)
- Able to perform simple repairs like changing wiper blades and tire changes
- Relevant experience in the car rental industry is advantageous
- Willingness to work overtime if required
