**What the role is**
- As the Head, Human Resource (HR) of the Communicable Diseases Transformation Office (CDT) set up by the Ministry of Health (MOH), you will support the Head, Strategy and Coordination, and the Head, CDT, in the establishment of the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA).
The CDA is a new government agency that is being established by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to oversee Singapore’s communicable disease preparedness, prevention and control, surveillance, risk assessment and outbreak response. The CDT’s role is to plan and execute the setup of the CDA, which will consolidate and build on the public health functions under MOH, the National Centre for Infectious Diseases, and the Health Promotion Board.

**What you will be working on**
- You will set up and develop the CDA HR structure, policies and systems, including forming the HR pro-tempore team, designing the employees pay and benefits system for the new agency, and planning for and executing the change management for the agency. You will also be in charge of charting out and executing the immediate to mid-term HR strategies for the CDA, in areas such as manpower resourcing and planning, talent management and development, employer branding, and employee benefits and relations. These strategies should translate into actionable human capital capabilities for both peacetime and crisis situations.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require you to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently for a smooth transition to the CDA.

**What we are looking for**
- Seasoned HR Practitioner with at least 10 years of relevant HR experience in big organisations in the government sectors, public healthcare or MNCs;
- Past experience and/or ability to work in a matrix reporting organisation would be an advantage;
- Resourceful and has a broad sense of perspective;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and interpersonal skills;
