**The Job**

We are looking for a **Head of HR **to join our core leadership team and help grow the Fragcolor and develop our people to achieve their full potential. This role will report directly to the COO, and cover all aspects of HR including recruiting, personnel management, learning and development, and payroll.

**Your role will also include**:

- Managing the overall recruitment and personnel strategy for the organization.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a diverse and high performing team.
- Helping employees reach their full potential by facilitating learning and development.
- Implement key personnel systems.
- Develop and grow the company culture.

**Requirements**:
**Essentials**
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or other people functions.
- A strong passion for developing and growing employees.
- Ability to scale processes in organization including implementing new systems.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work proactively with mínimal supervision
- Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
- A passion for Gaming and Blockchain technology

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with major Blockchain technologies and technical developments in the ecosystem
- Experience managing and leading HR teams in a startup environment
- Strong knowledge of the traditional Gaming and Blockchain Gaming spaces
- Ability to be based in Singapore as a core team member
