Sr Account Manager

Overview:
The Sr. Account manager in Growth team, is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent prospecting skills and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.
- ** Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
- ** Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with potential clients, present the company’s products or services, and conduct product demonstrations.
- ** Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- ** Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- ** Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- ** Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- ** Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales hunter role or similar position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with SFDC.COM and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of IT industry ecosystem.
