**Job Summary**:
The Sr. NPI Program Manager will be expected to manage multiple new business opportunities from initiation (quote) through prototype and production release. This proactive Sr. PM will work with the Customer Business Management and Manufacturing Operations groups to ensure projects are accurately planned, resourced and executed to schedule and budget. The Sr PM will be responsible for regular reporting of status to both UCT and our Customers’ Executive Management teams, participating in the QBR process and delivering customer satisfaction.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross-functional teams in the introduction of new products, from complex subsystems to full turn-key process modules following UCT’s NPI process.
- Maintain project status, timeline, and budget
- Meeting project KPI - OTD, product quality, meeting timeline and profitability
- Managing projects reporting to internal management
- Direct interaction with customer on product development, transition, and production release.
- Communication and coordination focal for all internal and external customers.
- Drive and promote an environment of accountability throughout the company

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Self-starter and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Results oriented and adapt at conflict resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor NPI Program Managers.
- Understand supply chain, sales, engineering fundamental
- Experience in clean room manufacturing environment.
- Computer literacy, proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or similar tools.
- Ability to lead multi site/multi country programs
- Ability to remotely manage complex projects remotely
- English/Mandarin proficiency desired (required for Asia locations).

**Educational/Certification Requirement**:

- Professional PM certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree/work experience in a related technical field.

**Experience Requirement**:
**Work Experience**:

- 8+ years program management
- Experience in managing complex, multi site/multi country programs
- Experience in capital equipment manufacturing in the semiconductor, energy, research, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong track record in managing successful NPI programs preferred.
