This position will reports into the Production Operations Organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand overall program and ensure functional organizational goals meet requirements
- Integrate the various functions in Global Operations & Quality, establish and maintain outstanding peer networks with Marketing, Sales and Technology partners to define, plan and manage strategic programs
- Drive NPI rollouts based on Plan-of-Record which indicates overall schedule of the key activities from Tape-Out of the new silicon, Package Development, Product Validation, Characterization, Qualification, to Production Release of targeted SKUs
- Ensure the delivery of Internal Demand for Eng. material (i.e. packaged parts, piece parts, and wafers) is carried out per POR to meet Verification, Characterization and Qualification needs and enable NPI rollouts.
- This function will also focus on Manufacturing flow re-engineering, custom products assessment and creation, and manage major changes in the supply chain
- Achieve operation excellence to deliver and implement the most effective manufacturing solutions to support the entire lifecycle for all Xilinx products in production and continue to add value by optimizing for the yield, cost, quality and cycle time
- Steer correct and timely execution based on the established procedures/processes to deliver successful program/projects outcomes as well as seamless transfer for volume production
- Manage risks and escalate issues with options to mitigate the impact on the program presented and adjust plans to achieve organizational buy-in of change request in a timely manner
- Be the focal point for effective alignment and communication with the stakeholders including running the cross-functional sync-ups, capturing meeting notes/actions, driving open items to closure, relaying the essential info to functional groups and compiling/presenting regular updates to management.
- Empower functional organizations to meet program goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain related field with minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- A program manager is expected to achieve results through others and should have excellent communication (both oral and written) and related skills working within teams and across organizational boundaries.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other collaboration tools.
