**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Handle **Front Desk duties**, including welcoming clients and managing meeting room bookings.
- **Sort & Distribute incoming mails**including, filing, scanning, uploading and renaming of documents.
- Maintain a **tidy and professional reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry**.
- Assist clients by **serving drinks and directing them to meeting rooms**before notifying Financial Advisors.
- **Handling Business Submission to Providers.**:
- **Perform Data Entry Duties.**:
- **Manage office supplies**- order, monitor, and process purchase orders and invoices.
- **Mail out cheques and dropping off cheques**at quick cheque deposit box
- **Coordinate local and overseas couriers**as required.
- Assisting **Accounting Team with**commission schedules**:
- **Manage IT and printer issues**, including basic troubleshooting and coordinating with outsourced service providers for timely resolution.
- Provide **any other general**support to the accounting and admin teams**
**What We’re Looking For**
- **GCE 'O' Level/Nitec, Higher Nitec/Diploma**in any field.
- **At least 2 years of experience**in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**and **strong computer literacy**.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**- professional, friendly, and service-oriented.
- **Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented**with the **ability to multi-task**.
- **Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn**new skills.
- A strong **team player**who thrives in a collaborative environment.
