**Role and responsibilities**
- Provides technical and business support for users of Applications.
- Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing with internal technology groups and vendors
- Participates in disaster recovery testing
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.

**Skills and experience**
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
- At least 5 years experience as an L2 / L3 Production Support
- Experience in UNIX (Linux) environment and Databases - Oracle
- Experience in SQL, Servicenow, Autosys, ITRS
- Participation in some process improvements.
- Previous experience or interest in standardization of procedures and practices.
- Basic Business knowledge and understanding of financial markets and products.
- Familiarity with Problem Management Tools.

**HOW TO APPLY:
