This position requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in server administration and Cloud Operations, specifically with AWS and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure services such as IAM, ECS, EKS, Route Tables, NACL, Security Groups, and NSG.
Maintain expertise in Linux platforms, Windows Server OS (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), and related technologies like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, and Windows Clustering.
Utilize cloud automation tools such as Terraform and Chef to streamline operations.
Implement and monitor security protocols, perform regular system patching, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident management to meet SLAs.
Develop and maintain documentation, participate in change management, and contribute to system improvements.
Qualifications:
Certifications such as AWS SysOps or Azure Administrator are mandatory; additional certifications like RHEL, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL are preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, and good understanding of networking concepts.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Availability for regular 8×5 support with shift rotation, including standby for 24/7 support.
Willingness to cross-train in Linux/Unix environments.
Job Requirements:
Install, configure, and manage servers and hardware.
Monitor system performance and ensure security and compliance.
Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
