**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide end-to-end project management.
- Collaborating with leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analysing business/financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide insight and strategy.
- Participate in the planning of project requirements, strategy, analysis and delivery.
- Prepare business/project reports as required such as financial reports and budget outlines
- Work closely with management & business team leader and team to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor degree or above with at least 1-2 years’ experience as a PMO role in a consulting firm/ e-Commerce/ SaaS company with proven records of project delivery.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- Meticulous organization and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Familiarity with e-Commerce/ SaaS business mode is a plus.
