**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management and coordination of project team, including designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and vendors
- Manage and coordinate design process including architectural, MEP, IT, acoustic and lighting works
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Manage and coordinate procurements within the defined project program
- Manage stakeholder and authority approvals within the defined project program
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of project management or related experience
- Track record of seeing and completing a construction project through the full life cycle
- Strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail
- Track record of being a reliable team player
- Able to work under pressure with resilience and resourcefulness
- Familiarity and understanding of architectural documents

**Other Preferred Qualifications (Not Strictly Required)**
- Degree in project management or related field
- Certification in project management or related field
- Tactful communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity and understanding of MEP and IT documents
