**Senior Accounts Associate
**Description**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and budgets for both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle the full sets of accounts (including AR and AP) and tax reporting for selected entities and business operations
- Implement and execute departmental and organisational controls and procedures
- Business partnering with Operations, Sales and other departments
- Assist the Finance Manager and Head of Finance on other projects, where necessary
- Portfolio - Australia

**Experience & Requirements**
- Degree in Accounting or Business with minimum 3 years working experience in accounting role, handling full set of accounts, management reporting, and tax reporting
- Excellent verbal and written command of English
- Able to cope with dynamic workflow and tight deadline
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Experience in the real estate or co-working industry would be advantageous
- Experience in a regional role, handling the accounts of overseas subsidiaries would be advantageous Able to start work immediately or within short notice
