**Assistant Events Manager Job Description**
Our client is a reputable board consultancy services company. We are currently sourcing on behalf of our client for an Assistant Events Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide overall event planning, management and execution, stakeholders/ clients servicing and management
- Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
- Manage registration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
- Provide speakers liaison and management
- Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
- Manage event collateral design and production
- Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
- Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
- Budget and timeline management and updates
**Requirements**:
- Min 2-3 years event management experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Digital event setup and co-ordination
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and can react to changes readily
