1. *Sales:*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
2. *Event Coordination:*
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee onsite event operations and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
3. *Client Management:*
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
4. *Administrative Tasks:*
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, event bookings, and client interactions.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices for clients.
- Assist with administrative duties as required, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in sales, event planning, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 6-day work week with one weekday off.
- Salary range: $1800 to $2200 excluding commisson
