**Salary**: $2,200 - $2,600 + OT

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Mon - Fri) / 8.00am - 12.00pm (Sat)

**Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service deliverance to customers' needs
Help with the increase of revenue
Provide 1st level of customer handlings on feedback and complaints
Reconciliation of Check-In List and rental charges
Administer online bookings, cashcard, traffic offences, etc
Assist and execute any ad-hoc projects and assignments by direct reports and line managers
Recovery of debtors list
Mailings of Tax Invoices

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
Min GCE "O" Level and above
Strong passion in customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on weekends and commit to OT
Positive attitude
Valid Class 3 / 3A license
