Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description:

The role of a Customer Service Ambassador is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every interaction with our customers leaves a lasting positive impression.

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for handling customer appointments, calls, and registering new customers. You will also process transactions on the checked out computer system, provide high-quality customer service and treatment suggestions, establish relationships with existing and new customers to maximize sales opportunities, handle customer questions and feedback, and provide professional consultation and customer needs assessment.

Additionally, you will follow up inquiries about customers' treatment methods and purchased products, and provide excellent communication skills to resolve any customer issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in reception service or similar field
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
