Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

This is a unique opportunity to join our airport team as a Customer Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to passengers from check-in through departure.

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals who are well-versed in providing world-class service.

About the Role
  • Be well-versed in the lounge's food and beverage offerings, with emphasis on understanding and communicating information on allergens and dietary restrictions to guests accurately.
  • Set up service stations, dining tables, and event carts according to established standards.
  • Take guest orders, serve, and present dishes professionally and promptly.
  • Handle special requests, service recovery for delays or disruptions, and manage unique passenger needs with discretion.
  • Accurately enter orders into the lounge system.
  • Complete daily reports, shift handovers, and assist with inventory checks.
  • Greet and assist passengers during check-in and boarding.
  • Ensure smooth and seamless departure experiences.
  • Provide support to travelers with special needs.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: Up to $3,300 Monthly (Basic + Allowances + OT Paid)
