**What will you do as a Customer Service Assistant (6 months)?**

As a Customer Service Assistant (6 months), you will be responsible for order processing, trucking and drumming activities, documentation handling as well as periodic reporting.

**What do we expect from you as a Customer Service Assistant (6 months)?**
- At least 3 years experience in a dynamic admin role
- Experience in a maritime or Oil & Gas administrative role is a strong bonus
- Degree or Diploma in business discipline

**Your core responsibilities are**:

- Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately
- Update customer orders based on instructions from Account Manager
- Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals
- Coordinate and plan drumming activities
- Book time slots for trucking activities
- Liaise with haulier to optimize planning
- Coordinate service disruptions with Account Manager and Operations
- Coordinate and plan drum delivery and collection
- Conduct relevant Customs Clearance Processes
- Handle shipping and ITT documentation
- Handle prevailing administrative tasks for the department
- Perform relevant dispatcher activities on the terminal
- Assist Account Managers with manual inventory reports for customers
- Create all other prevailing periodic reports, including Qliksense
