**Your new Job: Performance Manager - Search | Media Agency role for one of the World's favorite Tech brands**:
As the **Performance Manager**, you will spearhead the **planning and strategy **and monitor the **execution** of all performance channels, such as Paid Search and Paid Social.

**What will you do?**:
As a Performance Manager - Search, your scope is divided into **3 main responsibilities**:
To the Client
- Managing deliverables to deadlines and managing client expectations accordingly.
- Weekly reporting and ad-hoc presentations to both PPC specialists and clients.

To the People
- Managing the team to maintain strong morale and ensure the completion of critical tasks within agreed timeline.
- Training junior team with relevant PPC and soft skills
- Communicating efficiently, concisely, and promptly between a big internal team and external partners.

To the Management
- Ensuring tasks follow the timeline and progress as planned.
- Effectively communicate between teams any concerns/escalations and provide a solution. Not just “putting out fires,” but making sure to effectively manage the team to prevent it in the first place.
- Be the advocate of quality. Ensure that tasks are completed to the client's expected quality, putting brand safety and accuracy as the top priority.

**What we need from you?**:
As the new **Performance Manager - Search**, you should have:

- Minimum **5 years of digital marketing experience.**:

- At least 3 years of solid Performance Marketing experience, planning, and target management, predominantly for Search channels.
- Strong knowledge of PPC
- Experience planning and running bug budget paid campaigns
- Strong client-facing skills: relationship building
