**_ Role Overview:_**

Executive Admin Support, APJ

About the role:
You will enjoy working with our Senior VP covering APJ, acting as their confidential executive support in all capacities.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Organising meetings, functions
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Managing travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Expense management
- Producing reports, forecasts and presentations
- Maintain and look for ways to improve current systems

About you:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the motivation and ability to establish personal networks through out a global organisation and peer group
- Have gained cultural awareness across multiple countries in a similar rol
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional South East Asia language skills will be highly regarded.
- Professional discretion
- Must have advanced skills in MS 365 including Powerpoint and Teams. Knowledge of Salesforce, Concur, Ariba, LinkedIn and Bambu is highly desirable.
