**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Territory Manager - Medical Devices, with prior field sales work experience in medical devices industry with any of the following medical specialities and existing strong customer relationships in Singapore and / or other ASEAN markets to join our team.
- Cardiology
- Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Wound Care
- Vascular Surgery
- Orthopaedic Surgery
- Plastic Surgery
The Territory Manager will be launching and growing sales of innovative medical devices and cutting-edge digital health/AI healthcare products in Singapore, with additional scope to expand business to Malaysia and Thailand. In addition, he/she is expected to grow Intellimed’s customer base by building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
This is a customer focussed sales role with a focus on sales, new product launch & market creation using strong clinical and concept selling skills. It is an exciting opportunity to join a company with high growth potential and lead the industry with innovative products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- The primary role of the Territory manager is to drive the sales of medical devices and digital health products in Singapore.
- Plan and execute product launches with a focus on delivering value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong rapport and positive long term relationships with existing customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Be an expert in your respective portfolio by continuously staying current and maintaining good knowledge of product, market needs and competitors' products.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for new medical devices in Healthcare.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop Go-To-Market strategies - sales, marketing plan and workflow for different customer segments.
- Measure business performance, identify barriers and suggest plans to consistently grow the business.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Nursing, Marketing, Business or equivalent **.**:
- 4 years and above of field sales experience in medical devices in Singapore/ASEAN.
- Experience with Key Opinion Leaders Engagement and Key Account Management. Strong professional relationship with physicians and exposure to tender management process is preferred.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, customer oriented and proactive individual with a track record in delivering results.
- Experience in developing new markets through effective sales planning to grow the business.
- Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and at the same time a team player.
