**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct data analysis for all sales channels in order to develop a strategic territorial plan.
- Map out B2B, residential, roadshow, and street territory. Constantly revising territorial planning for existing residential and street channels to keep up with geographic trends.
- Continuous feedback on territorial planning to ensure that issues were addressed.
- Manage and balance the expectations of clients and sales teams.
- As needed, provide marketing materials to the sales team:
- Roadshow logistics design, quantity, and deployment
- Planning, designing, and training the sales team on the use of stopping tools.
- Planning ideas for engagement tools and training the sales team on how to use them.
- Work with mall and site managers to secure sponsored locations and space for specific campaigns.
- Work with the sales staff, clients, mall managers, and site managers to keep things running well.
- Maintain a 10/10 happiness index by engaging the sales team, clients, mall, and site management.
- Assist the CTM manager with the preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings.
- On a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, prepare, submit/upload various required data entries and reports
- Handle all necessary papers for confirmation of the roadshow.
- Meeting minutes taking for all meetings.
- Assist with ad hoc requests, tasks, and obligations that may be assigned at any moment.
**Requirements**:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with roadshow acquisition (Recommended but not mandatory)
- 2 years of experience working in a sales-related industry.
