**Key accountabilities**:
- Manage and develop multimedia training content based on specifications and requirements, including the use of multimedia equipment, tools, and software, as well as immersive technology:
- Create and maintain database of all requests for multimedia training content creation and development.
- Periodic review of the effectiveness of the use of multimedia content created and developed with inputs from stakeholders
- Use appropriate multimedia to develop training content based on specification and requirements from clients.- Manage training and assisting staff to use multimedia equipment and software for training programmes related to Nursing, Allied Health, and Corporate Services.- Develop, conduct, and review training courses for selected multimedia equipment and software to create and develop training content for Nursing, Allied Health, and Corporate Services.
- Research and curate appropriate multimedia content to support the development of quality training content for Nursing, Allied Health, and Corporate Services.- Manage resources (including multimedia equipment and software, learning management systems and vendors) and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes for all assigned projects.- Promote the use of multimedia resources for Nursing, Allied Health, and Corporate Services programmes.
- Develop system and process in engaging vendors in support of multimedia training content development.
- Create system and processes to ensure quality and efficient use of vendors in multimedia training content production.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor degree or qualification in Adult Learning and/or content creation and/or development.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Use of Multimedia equipment, tools and software and immersive technology.
