**Your new company**

A leading global marine and offshore engineering group is looking for a TA Specialist to join their team.

**Your new role**
- Review salary proposals for the positions offered through various benchmarking methods and escalating them to senior team members for their approval
- Make salary offers and engage in salary negotiations
- Follow through with the pre-employment process such as contract signing and onboarding preparations
- Corporate presentation and career talks at campuses and public events
- Manage manpower supply agencies and handle the full cycle of foreign worker recruitment
- Maintain relationship with key suppliers and third party vendors, including preferred sourcing partners (e.g. search firms, recruitment agencies, business schools, etc.)

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in both white and blue collar
- Comfortable using MS Excel
- 2 openings - Tuas / Changi
