**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations.
- Managing fleet of vehicles in accordance to company’s policies and work with finance department to validate our current active fleet strength
- Ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related accounts, invoices, summons.
- Responding to all internal/external correspondences related to fleet and operational enquiries are well attended.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
- Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleets.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety policies and work instructions.
- Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of motor claims will be an advantage
- Monitoring for VPC, Insurance, Road tax etc
- Computer proficiency
- Team player and able to perform in a fast paced working environment
- Office location next to Joo Koon MRT station
