Job Title: Administrative Executive – Fleet Installation Support

This is a challenging role that requires an individual who can manage and install lorries while providing excellent customer service to fleet owners.

  • The Administrative Executive will be responsible for the management of lorry installation status, ensuring smooth operations with fleet owners.
  • Key responsibilities include handling queries by fleet owners, making engagement calls and visits, tracking installation status, and preparing monthly updates.
  • Liaising with Chinese-speaking fleet owners is also a crucial aspect of this role.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Executive to join our team. If you have the required skills and qualifications, please submit your resume directly to us.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing an Excel list of installed and uninstalled lorries;
  • Handling queries from fleet owners;
  • Making engagement calls and visiting fleet owners;
  • Tracking installation status and preparing monthly updates;
  • Liaising with Chinese-speaking fleet owners;

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, administration experience, data entry skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently. As a Team Player, you will be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize your work effectively.

You will need to have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as being able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements
