**Missions and Responsibilities**

Air Liquide is looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Fleet Management & Customer Installation (CI) expert to join our team. The expert will cover Taiwan potentially South East Asia in the Bulk and Packaged Gases matter.

Key day-to-day accountabilities include but not limited to:

- Ensure the Bulk & Packaged Gases transport assets are optimized and sufficient, in terms of quantity and type, to balance the need between carrying the maximum payload and meeting service commitments to customers.
- Manage performance of vehicle, drivers and 3rd party suppliers, together with procurement (for contractor) as well as with affiliates management team (for Air Liquide driver)
- Establish 3rd party transportation services specifications, design transportation services sourcing strategies, and monitor the performance.
- Monitor transport cost, and participate to quarterly meetings with 3d party transporters on the service/cost performance
- Monitor Transportation assets maintenance performance and design technical improvements and replacement strategy to improve it
- Fleet technical direction, regularly watch innovations in transportation, assess their applicability in our fleet update.
- Follow group and market trends to select more efficient and environment friendly technologies to increase trucks payloads
- Build business cases, participate to the capex requests justifications for fleet renewals
- Develop a maintenance regime and strategy together with the countries.
- Work in a close relationship with the local dispatching team for safety, driver training and efficiency programs such as animate the Road Safety program in the cluster, build training and coach the countries trainers and regularly assess the proficiency of drivers.
- Participate and support the IMS audit on road safety
- Customer InstallationI expert in the Cluster for design standardization, Industrial Management System (IMS) compliance through audits the regulatory compliance is properly implemented in the cluster entities and organises Customer Installation training on a regular basis in accordance with market needs and specific team needs.

**Competencies and Profile**
- Degree in Logistics or Engineering or any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics / customer installation experience. Relevant experience in 3rd party logistics management is plus.
- Knowledge on safety management, asset management / design validation & managing subcontractors.
- Excellent influential communication skills in both oral and written.
- Positive attitude, passionate and self-motivated.
- This role will be remunerated based on the domestic package.
