**About Early Careers and Academic Partnership team**:
The Early Careers and Academic Partnership team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programmes to attract, recruit high potential students.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Campus Engagement
- Plan and execute all campus recruitment related initiatives (strategy, campus outreach, campus events, campaigns, online assessment coordination and support for batch interviews)
- Enhance branding strategy and initiatives on campuses
- Communicate events requirements and timelines to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth delivery of events and engagement initiatives
- Update and track statistics to ensure accurate data for data extraction for internal reporting
- Maintain solid cooperative relations with top university faculties, career centers, top talents and research associations in the region

2. Internship Program
- Build, enhance and manage a holistic internship program for interns-structured onboarding, training activities, fire-side chats and social networking events
- Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to develop effective internship programs and promote intern conversions
- Collate feedback from interns to evaluate the impact of internship programs and recommend future improvements
- Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in campus recruitment/events space (preferred experience from a technology business)
- Demonstrable experience of setting strategic goals and tasks in an innovative and fast-paced environment; excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills and executional ability.
- Strong strategic and creative thinker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage campus events with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively with a diverse team
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects in various stages of completion
- Results-driven, hands on, organized professional who effectively handles contending priorities
