Job responsibilities :

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for early careers talent, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and offer management.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for trainees, offering continuous support and resolving issues to ensure a smooth developmental journey.

  • Plan and implement training programs, including workshops and mentoring sessions, to build skills and industry knowledge.

  • Track trainee performance and progress, compiling regular updates and insights for senior leadership.

  • Create an engaging and inclusive program environment that promotes collaboration, learning, and mutual respect.

  • Partner with internal departments to align trainee initiatives with overall business strategies and workforce needs.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to early careers

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
