**Your new role**

This Singapore-based position will be responsible for the setting and execution of the strategic direction and managing the full lifecycle of recruitment initiatives and programs for our client next generation of talents. The incumbent will take lead in developing and fostering University Relations, building, and marketing the brand name to enhance visibility to recruit and hire top emerging Early-in-Career talents and interns.

Position Responsibilities:

- Be the company’s ambassador in promoting Employer Value Proposition
- Plan and drive all campus recruitment strategies, programs and branding initiatives
- Build and foster collaborative partnerships with top universities and targeted faculties for attraction and hiring of diverse university talents
- Develop and rollouts Internship and Early-In-Career programs from conceptualisation to execution with clear and structured process, guidelines, and structure.
- Present and communicate in a timely manner to stakeholders on the execution and delivery of programs, initiatives, and activities
- Track, analyse and update recruitment statistics for internal reviews at a regular cadence for status update and continuous improvement.
- Develop attraction channels / platforms to reach out and evangelize to millennial talents
- Partner with key stakeholders in developing sourcing strategies to meet current and future Early-in-Career hiring needs.
- Conceptualize and formulate strategies in leveraging on social media to build a strong online brand presence
- Review, revise and drive programs that enhance the internship/early-in-career experience from onboarding, orientation to on-going new hire lifecycle activities in partnership with HRBPs and COEs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 5-7 years experience with demonstrated proficiency in University recruitment and employer branding
- Good sense in managing ambiguity and able to work collaboratively and effectively with a cross-functional and diverse team
- Thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with strong project management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment marketing strategies and interventions
- Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communications skills.
- IT savvy with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with Successfactor would be a plus
- Independent, hands-on, and results-driven with the ability to handle competing priorities
