Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition - Early Careers (Campus Engagement & Programmes) Specialist to join our team.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing campus recruitment programs, developing relationships with key universities, and leading early careers talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead early careers talent acquisition initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment efforts.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
