Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cognita Schools is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have solid managerial experience, high emotional intelligence, and excellent stakeholder management skills. They will also possess strong customer service ethos, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of employment and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Interviews and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select the best candidates for the role.
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcome and supported.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience.
  • Experience leading an HR team.
