- **Documentation & Reporting Support**:Help maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and assist in generating basic reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- **Technology Management Support**:Support the team in maintaining recruitment tools, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring basic alignment with user needs.
- **Compliance Support**:Support the team in ensuring recruitment activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other departments on administrative tasks to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
