Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers across various levels and regional markets to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
Source high-caliber passive candidates, with hiring needs that extend beyond Singapore, adapting strategies to meet the unique demands of various regions and markets
Develop talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships for future opportunities
Explore and leverage optimization tools and technologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Proven record of handling multiple roles of varying seniority levels. Exposure to the gaming talent pool is advantageous
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong team player who is organized, able to prioritize work well and support the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people at all levels
Love for games is a plus
