Talent Acquisition Associate / Talent Sourcer I Contract
Job Title: Talent Sourcer (Contract – 5 Months)

Responsibilities
Source professionals across a wide range of roles.
Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, from identifying talent to engagement.
Partner with the global recruiting team to implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies, ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring needs and deliverables.
Maintain accurate records and reporting within ATS/TMS tools to support recruiting operations.
Experience / Skills Required
Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support roles.
Proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates, particularly from direct competitors.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cold-call and connect with potential candidates.
Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruitment cycle.
Expertise in direct sourcing methods and effective interviewing techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.
