[What the role is]

As a Head / Senior Officer in one of the Skills Training & Services Departments in CET Division, you will helm designated CET product series and support the Division in formulating, reviewing and implementing policies, schemes and new initiatives to grow these programmes.

[What you will be working on]
- You will be responsible for planning, marketing and executing the intakes for the programmes under your charge, including working closely with funding bodies, ITE Colleges and HQ establishments, as well as liaising with trainers, learners and public members.
- To identify industry trends relating to training of the workforce and on other matters related to ITE training programmes and schemes from employers;
- To survey and study potential CET courses that are in-demand, and explore development of new courses in ITE to meet adult learners’ and industry needs;
- To plan and implement marketing strategies to promote, and enhance awareness of CET courses to adult learners and companies;
- To establish quality training needs/system/programmes organised by ITE;
- To provide support in managing CET training schemes and Workplace Training Centres;
- To be responsible to drive the enrolment, and management of CET training programmes;
- To compile information and conduct analysis for management reporting so as to ensure qualify information is available for management decision making;
- To review CET product lines and delivery methods to stay relevant to customer needs such as online and blended learning approaches; and
- To conceptualise and write reports for new initiatives and CET projects.

[What we are looking for]
- Possess 2-3 years relevant job experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and perform end-to-end administrative and financial duties as part of day-to-day functions.
- Experience in marketing and using RPA, Power Automate or other coding skills for productivity improvements will be a valued advantage.
- Well organised and meticulous with the ability to multi-task
- A team player with initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
