Singapore BOYS' TOWN Full time $35,000 - $45,000 per year
To ensure planned programmes/operations in Boys' Town Residential Services (RS) run smoothly. To promote a child safe environment and enhance the youth's general well-being. To promote the development focus of the youths in RS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. FUNCTIONAL

Developmental:
  • To work in collaboration with the various units of Residential Services pertaining to the welfare of the clients
  • To coordinate in identify and implement relevant learning and developmental programmes for clients
Administration:
  • To coordinate in the planning of Developmental and Educational programmes such as Interest Groups, Camps, Tuition programme and BTAC.
  • To coordinate RS programmes and stimulate the learning development, physical and to encourage the development of social inter-relations
  • To adhere to the SOPs and SOCs of the Home and support in RS volunteer Management (Tuition)
  • To support in the recruitment and orientation of volunteers/ build and maintain volunteer relation and database
  • To maintain general administrative duties
  • To coordinate in collating and analyze programme evaluation related to the programmes
  • To adhere and ensure Volunteers Management Standard Operating Procedures are met
Coordination:
  • To coordinate in the liaison with volunteers, public donors and supporters of Boys' Town
  • To coordinate in the network with volunteers and partners for existing and future youth events and activities
  • To coordinate and facilitate CSR activities directed to Residential Services
B. ORGANIZATIONAL
  • To participate in setting and tracking of annual KPIs for the respective portfolios assigned.
  • To contribute to SOPs making within the home by providing feedback to RS management.
  • To participate actively in all fundraising activities as well as any other commitments that Boys' Town undertakes.
  • The Head - Residential Services and or his/her representative may assign you any other duties that are within reason for the operation needs of Boys' Town.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma
  • 1 - 2 years' work experience in working with youths
