Senior Executive

**Student Life Team**
- Mentor student clubs and international student chapters, growth and engagement of student leaders and student community
- Organise activities such as appreciation events, integration and team building events etc.
- Organise training and learning opportunities to support academic learning.
- Answer student Life mailbox.
**International Office (IO) Team**
- Plan/ revised and implement content/briefings for new students (pre-departure to 1st 3
- months in Singapore)
- Ensuring student visa are arranged and renewed on a timely manner.
- Manage vendors providing off-site services for VISA processing and meet & greet services.
- Answer student pass mailbox.
**Manage administration of In and Outpatient student medical insurance**
- Liaise with the Business Units to coordinate registration of students for insurance.
- Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics.
**Others**
- Regular communication and update with current students through various communication
- channels such as social media, webpage. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 -5 years of experience.
- Strong event management with ability to multi-task.
- Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
- Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage.
- Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where needed.
