
Invoicing & Purchasing Admin Assistant (Food

Operations Administrative
- Issue invoices & arrange delivery routes to drivers.
- Ensure daily operation work run smoothly.
- Arrange for purchases with suppliers.
- Perform general operations and administration functions and other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years in relevant experiences, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- “O” or “N” levels & above in any field.
- Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English is a must.
- Invoices for overseas customers are keyed in native language for Chinese-speaking customers.
- Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.
- Fast learner, accurate, committed, positive mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Occasionally needs to work on weekends to cover roadshows.
