**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist with paperwork such as document filing and administrative role.
- Managing and updating relevant documentation including invoice, purchase order and data entry
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Appropriately respond to inquiries and requests
- Ad-hoc admin assignment assigned by reporting officer.
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Good time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in administrative matters
- Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS Office - MS Word and Excel
- Able to commence work immediately or short notice.

**Working Hours**
- Mon to Fri
- 9am to 6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
