**Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Administration**:

- Manage general office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and handling mail/courier services
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including pantry stock and office equipment upkeep
- Support travel bookings, meeting room scheduling, and logistics coordination for internal events or visitors
- Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative support tasks as assigned

**2. HR Support**:

- Assist in recruitment processes including interview scheduling, onboarding, and staff induction
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, leave, and claims tracking)
- Support monthly payroll preparation by compiling timesheets, claims, and leave records
- Coordinate staff welfare initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR communicationsHelp ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and followed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, HR, and / or any related field(s)
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in office admin and HR support rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 will be a plus
