**Responsibilities**
- Provide general support and assist with all aspects relating to the creation, maintenance, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Develop, plan and implement brand protection, anticounterfeit and enforcement strategies according to market situation and Group strategies.
- Continuously monitor intellectual property and domains both directly and with through outside vendors Audit, identify and elevate any policy violations to senior leadership to determine remedial action
- Carry out brand protection and anticounterfeit activities including raid action, online listing deletion, customs detention and education and civil proceedings
- Work closely with sales, legal, IT, investigators and external law firms to report and monitor our responses through various legal enforcement mechanisms
- Maintain records of firm Trademarks and Copyrights to prioritize searches and enforcement in line with firm priorities
- Maintain tracking systems to provide on demand notice about ongoing enforcements
- Provide strategic and tactical expertise on combating copyright and trademark infringement, counterfeit sites and pages
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on ways to defend and protect our business from cyber threats
- Build counterfeit awareness amongst employees, customers, governmental offices and general public train the trainer.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of Intellectual property rights and protections
- Online investigative practices and online databases
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in internet searches and associated protocols
- Self-motivated, efficient and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in developing operational processes and process improvement
